Shipping Option Based on Order Weight

Displaying shipping option in the store checkout page based on the order weight, so the merchant can configure his shippig options by adding a maximum weight for each one, and if the customer order is more than the maximum weight of the shipping option, then the shipping option shouldn't be displayed to the customer
